We call the knowledge, abilities and magic required to manage the human side of projects A Sixth Sense for Project Management®. Tres Roeder, our founder, discovered a blind spot in his project management abilities after earning his PMP certification. He interviewed and surveyed other project managers to see if they had a similar blind spot. They did. The blind spot was in understanding and managing the human side of change. As a result, we endeavored to improve our profession one person at a time by developing fresh and impactful programs to fill the blind spot. It all started with a single training course in 2006. Since then, the concept of A Sixth Sense for Project Management® has quickly grown into a portfolio of in-person, online, and on-site training programs. All our programs are built around six foundational disciplines that, together, define A Sixth Sense for Project Management®. |
