Sixth Sense Leadership
In today’s challenging business environment, leaders are struggling to accomplish more with fewer resources. This can be said of most project management leaders and is true of all different kinds of resources. To accomplish your objectives and deliver a successful project, you must use modern leadership skills.
Learn Dynamic Leadership Skills For Better Project Results
In this course, participants learn our groundbreaking “4A” Leadership Model. We designed the “4A” Leadership Model based on extensive analysis of human behavior during times of change and our decades of experience.
Project Managers Are Leaders
We discuss leadership in the context of project management, program management and business analysis. We may not formally have “position authority”, but we are looked at as leaders whether we like it or not. We will share the keys to leading without formal authority. After learning these skills, you won’t look at your project environment the same way again!
"4A" Leadership Model - Accept, Adjust, Act, Achieve
Understanding communication differences among three primary stakeholder groups and how to cater to:
- Accept - uncover the information you need and learn what to do with it
- Adjust - learn how to be a "situational leader" ... read the situation and adjust your leadership style accordingly
- Act - learn and practice the behaviors possessed by successful change leaders
- Achieve - develop the skills required to take clear and decisive action
Scenario Role Play
We facilitate a series of fun, structured activities to help lock in the 4A skills you need to succeed.
Application of "4A" To Your Projects
we provide templates and coaching to help you apply “4A” to one of your projects. Your will go to the office the next day with a specific list of actions you can take to increase your leadership control immediately.
