To ensure the San Francisco PMI Chapter and Roeder Consulting can properly monitor and plan each course, please follow the instructions below when registering.

Register for all six in-person courses above and Roeder Consulting will provide you access to our online courses "360 Awareness" and "Whole Body Decisions" for free. That's a savings of over $298 plus an additional 8 PDUs. Attend 4 or 5 in-person courses and receive a 25% discount for online courses. Click on course icons for brief descriptions. Once your in-person order has been processed, Roeder Consulting will provide with the necessary access or discount codes.

Applying A Sixth Sense For Project Management ®

This case study-based, active learning course will help develop these disciplines and give participants key “take-away” skills to apply to your projects tomorrow. Featured case studies are from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University). Cases studies are individually selected based on their relevance to project management and A Sixth Sense for Project Management®. The highly involved participants in this course learn through the use of case studies and student- centered teaching.
