Denver Mile Hi Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel more than 14 days from the course date
- 50% refund if you cancel less than 14 days from the course date
- No refund for online courses once started
Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied, Roeder Consulting will refund 50% of the course cost. A formal request for refund must be submitted within 7 days of course completion.
Billing Policy
Full course fees are charged at time of enrollment. There are not any additional charges for taxes.
Registration Transfer
After you have registered for a Roeder Consulting in-person training course and for any reason cannot attend, the registration may be transferred to another person without penalty. Please email sales@roederconsulting.com with your name (as registered) and daytime phone number and the name and full contact information for the person that will be attending (including name, email, phone number, mailing address and any special needs or requests).
Cancellation and Refund Policy - Pricing
The in-person training program offered in partnership with Denver Mile Hi PMI Chapter offers special tiered pricing with progressive discounts, the more training programs you sign up for. For those individuals that are signed up for multiple in-person training courses and receive a discount on the package, if you require a cancellation & refund on any portion of the courses, the refund will be calculated based on the price per course according to the new package price.
