Founder & President
Tres Roeder is a recognized global expert on project management and organizational change. He has been quoted by the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, MSN Money, Microsoft Press, the Project Management Institute, Crain's Cleveland Business and the Cleveland Plain Dealer to name a few. In his best-selling book, A Sixth Sense for Project Management, Mr. Roeder details how to achieve project success by deploying a balanced approach with a particular emphasis on people.

A dynamic and inspiring speaker, Mr. Roeder regularly speaks at global events, including the Project Management Institute's Global Congresses where he once received a coveted encore presentation. Mr. Roeder is the host of a popular monthly global project management webinar routinely attended by over 700 people.

Mr. Roeder founded Roeder Consulting in 2001 after serving as a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton. He has successfully implemented strategies for Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized and small firms. He is a member of the National Speakers Association, the Project Management Institute and the American Society of Training and Development. Mr. Roeder is professionally certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®). He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Director of Operations
Keith Jenkins philosophy is to blend the science of rigorous project and quality management principles with the art of business planning and execution. With over 20 years of experience in project management, Keith has lead numerous projects implementing changes to manufacturing and distribution operations across multi-nationals. These efforts have included the consolidation of manufacturing operations, modernizing infrastructure, integrating acquisitions, ERP implementations and process changes to distribution.

Mr. Jenkins is professionally certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), is a member of the Northeast Ohio PMI Chapter and serves on its Board of Directors. Keith holds a BS in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College.

Dr. Christenson is the founder and president of the Project Management Centre of Excellence Inc. He's a Certified Management Consultant and Project Management Professional specializing in project management consulting and training. He combines an extensive academic background with real-world expertise in the areas of program and portfolio management, organizational development, change management and critical project success factors. He's held project management leadership positions in the public and private sectors.

Dale has a Doctorate in Project Management from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University in Australia and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees, diplomas and certificates in Criminology, Counseling Psychology and Project Management. Dale has 10 peer reviewed journal articles to his credit and is a frequent speaker at conferences. He is the winner of the Project Management’s Institute (PMI) Project of the Year and the winner of the Canadian Institute of Public Administration Leadership Award. He also serves as the Past President on his local PMI chapter in Victoria British Columbia.
