Founder & President
Tres Roeder helps clients change successfully. He is a rising leader in the project management profession and is frequently asked to speak on topics related to A Sixth Sense for Project Management®. He has deep industry, consulting and training experience. He has led major consulting engagements in areas such as corporate strategy, operations improvement, process improvement and implementation. Industry experience includes serving as Director of Business Process Improvement at American Greetings and prior positions at RR Donnelly and Toyota Motor Sales USA. A former consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, he founded Roeder Consulting in 2001. Mr. Roeder is a PMP and a member of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Project Management Institute. He has a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. Mr. Roeder teaches regularly at Baldwin Wallace College in Cleveland.




Director of Operations
Keith Jenkins philosophy is to blend the science of rigorous project and quality management principles with the art of business planning and execution.  With over 20 years of experience in project management, Keith has lead numerous projects implementing changes to manufacturing and distribution operations across multi-nationals. These efforts have included the consolidation of manufacturing operations, modernizing infrastructure, integrating acquisitions, ERP implementations and process changes to distribution. Mr. Jenkins holds the PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification - Project Management Institute, and is a member of the PMI. He earned his BS in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University and his MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College.




Director, East Coast
With over 17 years professional experience, Steve Martin, PMP, CSM, has specialized in leading complex business reengineering initiatives, successfully merging people with technology and process. Steve has passionately helped his clients implement strategy in a wide range of industries such as Biotechnology, Information Technology, Medical Device Manufacturing, Finance, and Healthcare. He is the President-Elect for the PMI Mass Bay Chapter, currently serving in a COO role for its 2200 chapter members in the Greater Boston area. Steve holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Minor in Music Composition from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, a MS in Automation Engineering from Cal State Northridge, and an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston.



Director, CANadian OFFICE
Dr. Christenson is the founder and president of the Project Management Centre of Excellence Inc. He's a Certified Management Consultant and Project Management Professional specializing in project management consulting and training. He combines an extensive academic background with real-world expertise in the areas of program and portfolio management, organizational development, change management and critical project success factors. He's held project management leadership positions in the public and private sectors.

Dale has a Doctorate in Project Management from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University in Australia and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees, diplomas and certificates in Criminology, Counseling Psychology and Project Management. Dale has 10 peer reviewed journal articles to his credit and is a frequent speaker at conferences. He is the winner of the Project Management’s Institute (PMI) Project of the Year and the winner of the Canadian Institute of Public Administration Leadership Award. He also serves as the Past President on his local PMI chapter in Victoria British Columbia.
