Processes are the decisions and actions taken to get something done. Many businesses, firms and organizations react by trying to fix things that don’t work properly. Often, a process is changed but the root cause of the problem has not been identified or addressed. This applies to any number of different aspects of how organizations operate. When we improve processes we make sure we are addressing the root causes … not just changing the window-dressing on a fundamental problem. In other words, the causes of a failure are systematically identified and addressed.

An early and critical step in process improvement is clearly identifying the business goal being addressed. Next, we establish a baseline of the current process. We may utilize interviews, discussions, observations, and surveys. Roeder Consulting drives process improvement using a proven methodology.
