Tres Roeder Biography

Tres Roeder is a change agent. He has deep experience in industry, consulting and training. He quickly identifies key issues, builds a work plan, and delivers results.

A former consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, he founded Roeder Consulting in 2001. He has led major engagements in areas such as corporate strategy, operations improvement, process improvement and implementation. He easily works at all levels of organizations and leads change efforts with clear and concise recommendations.

His industry experience includes serving as Director of Business Process Improvement at American Greetings where he led the corporate-wide implementation of standard processes. Prior, he held sales and operations positions at RR Donnelley (Wallace Printing at the time) and Toyota Motor Sales USA.

He earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he served as President of the Student Government; and a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois, where he implemented an ongoing community clean-up program. Tres is a Project Management Professional (PMP), an instructor of the “Sixth Sense” at Baldwin Wallace College, and an active volunteer in his community.
