CPOMG Overview
Roeder Consulting's Chief Project Officer's Mastermind Group (CPOMG) is a unique approach that connects select senior-level members in a dynamic group setting. This fosters personal interaction and in-depth professional discussion which yields powerful and productive outcomes.
Project success requires forward-thinking adaptable solutions rather than reliance on rigid process methodologies. Our mastermind connects innovative PM paradigm breakers looking to implement smart and dynamic hybrid approaches. The focus is to meet organizational goals, achieve results, and account for the complexities of culture and communications.
Members drive change through even higher levels of leadership and influence within their organizations while pushing the profession forward. CPOMG members understand that there is not one perfect methodology or process. Project management leaders choose results, people, and accountability over checklists, stiff methodologies, and credentials. Our members drive business performance and improve customer experience, morale, and team collaboration.

Business Development Executive
We are looking for a talented self-starter to recruit members for CPOMG.  In this critical role, working directly with our President, you will lead business development efforts related to this growing service offering.  Using the leads we generate, you will interact with prospective members and determine if they are qualified to join our invitation-only mastermind group.  You will listen to their needs and mutually determine if CPOMG is a good fit.  After initial contact, you will be responsible for follow up emails, phone calls, and completion of the order process working with our billing team. Cold calling is generally not required.  We have a proven process that generates warm, qualified leads.

Business Development Process - Roeder Consulting has developed a proven sales framework.  We provide leads, a business development tracking system, auto-generated emails, and customizable scripts.   You are welcome to improve our framework as you become familiar with our customers and concept. You are encouraged to bring your knowledge & experience to make our process even better.

Skills
• Good relationship development skills. This is a conversational sales process – not one that involves pressure.

• Focused on personal and professional growth.

Qualifications
• College degree
• 3+ years of sales/business development experience
• Project Management knowledge and awareness (preferred)
• This role is work-from-home and can be performed from any suitable location in the United States. Our headquarters is in Cleveland, OH.

Timing
We are looking for a motivated individual to start prior to March 23, 2021, the date of our annual national CPOMG meeting. This year’s annual meeting is virtual. We would like you to join our meeting to learn first-hand the special chemistry found in our exclusive group.

Compensation
You will receive a fixed monthly salary + variable monthly commission for each new member you enroll in the program.  We do not offer medical benefits. We offer a retirement investment program beginning two years after date-of-employment.

Although this is a full-time role, flexible work hours are no problem.  You are encouraged to find the right balance of work hours that fits your schedule while also accommodating our prospective members who work across all four U.S. time zones. Unlike metrics used for traditional business development roles, we focus on results and customer experience far more than the number of calls made, hours worked, etc.
