CPOMG Private Registration Page

Welcome to the private registration page for the Chief Project Officer Mastermind Group (CPOMG).  Congratulations!  If you receive this link it means you have been invited to join us.  CPOMG is an exclusive invitation-only club of your region's top project and agile leaders.  Once you have been invited you have 30 days to accept the offer.  If you choose not to accept within that time frame your seat will be made available to another executive.  Our groups generally sell out quickly and we want to be respectful of all potential members by making the registration process transparent and efficient.  Group size is limited at ten people.

Members enjoy the flow of ideas and the unique professional development opportunity that CPOMG creates. At an annual investment lower than what is required for many large and impersonal training courses, members receive intimate and targeted counsel from a group of peers and experts.  We look forward to welcoming you to Roeder Consulting's Mastermind.

The green registration button below is for all CPOMG groups.  Because each group has different dates, the registration date has been set to a default of December 31st.  Actual meeting dates and venues follow:

CPOMG Agenda

For a quarterly investment of $600, rising and high-level project management leaders will:

Consult on the Project Management / Agile issues you are facing

You will be given 20-30 minutes to receive group feedback on one of the critical issues you are facing.  Examples incude discussion around project management software, challenges with a dificult stakeholder/culture, or how to better connect strategy to projects.  Each member will bring a new topic for discussion each quarter.  You will receive insight and feedback from each member of the group and will walk out of the meeting with a better grasp on your challenge.

Review new industry standards, practices, and rules

Roeder Consulting is constantly monitoring the project management landscape and identifying the issues that will shape our profession in the future.  Roeder Consulting led the way on adoption of people skills into the industry, and later on creation of the balanced approach to project management: technical skills, interpersonal skills, and traditional technical project management skills.  Each quarter, Mr. Roeder will share what we're seeing on the horizon and specific recommendations to future-proof your organization.

Connect with your region's top project leaders

CPOMG is a hand-picked group of local project professionals at or near the apex of their organization's project management structure.  In this group, you will learn from the incredible knowledge and experience in the room.  Most organizations do not have project management support groups or best-practices councils.  CPOMG serves as a one-stop-shop for feedback, insight, and support from a room of people who understand exactly what you're going through.
