A former consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, Tres has worked with more than forty organizations including eight Fortune 500 companies and three FTSE 100 firms. Industry experience includes serving as Director of Business Process Improvement at American Greetings with prior positions at RR Donnelly and Toyota Motor Sales USA. He is the author of two Amazon best-selling books A Sixth Sense for Project Management and Managing Project Stakeholders. Former Vice Mayor of Shaker Heights, OH, he is currently a member of the Project Management Institute and the National Speakers Association. He is a Captain and active Instructor Pilot with the Civil Air Patrol.

Elizabeth has experience managing projects professionally and as a volunteer for her church and children’s schools. Her professional experience includes 10 years with Arthur Andersen and Towers Perrin where she served as a highly skilled technology manager. Elizabeth led successful Y2K regional office rollovers and directed 1997 office rollouts of Windows 95/Office 97 entailing transition of more than 400 machines over two weekends. Garrett Roeder, Business Development Manager
Garrett is a Senior at University of Cincinnati's Lindner College of Business, majoring in Finance.
